Reading Fringe Digital and the Reading Climate Change Partnership are proud to present this talk around corporate sustainability by Scott Lindsay. Author of the book, R1 Future: a beginner’s guide to starting a sustainability program, Scott will discuss the principle definitions of corporate sustainability, including the ‘how’s, the ‘why’s and the benefits for all.
Scott is the Corporate Sustainability Team Leader for CSA group and North American standards development manager for the environment and climate change sector. His work includes: developing metadata criteria for Canadian weather stations, a Canadian sustainable finance taxonomy and CarbonStar which will provide a carbon (and GHG) intensity rating for products such as concrete, steel and glass.
